The Mudcrabs conduct regular working bees along the Cooks River. These consist of river clean-up sessions and bushcare/regeneration to restore local native habitat.
You are welcome to attend any of these events – no need to register just turn up. We have tools and experienced instructors on-site. We suggest you bring your own gloves, hat & sunscreen.

The Mudlarks group does a regular survey of birds along the Cooks River between Marrickville Golf Course and Boat Harbour. Meet at the Lang Rd footbridge in Ewen Park.
The survey is followed by morning tea in the picnic/BBQ shelter at Ewen Park.
